Placing Order & Security
How do I place an order?
If you are an existing member, please sign-in, and you will be transferred to My SavedList page. Check the box for the name card design that you wish to print, and click on Add to Basket. Choose the quantity and type of printing (e.g. black and white or full color), and proceed to checkout.
If you are not an existing member, simply create your very first name card, by clicking on Create Your Own Business Card Online. After you have finished creating your name card, you can Save your design. You will be prompted to sign up as a new member, and you can place the order by following the instructions above as an existing member.
What is the Proof used for?
The Proof should be used to verify your final design before submitting to NameCardOnline for printing. Please note that the size of your design on screen may vary by the size of your monitor and the screen aesthetics. You may print out a copy of the Proof using your own printer. It is important to note that the print quality for your Proof is of a lower quality compared to the actual print quality that we offer.
How do I change the order quantity?
After you have clicked on Add to Basket, you may select the order quantity. We currently offer 100, 200, 300 and 500 prints. If you wish to order more than 500 prints, please contact us. You may email or call your nearest NameCardOnline representative. Please refer to Contact Us page for further information.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been submitted?
After you have submitted your order, our system will automatically submit your order for printing. Thus, NameCardOnline is not able to change or cancel your order after you have submitted your design for print. NameCardOnline strongly advice all our customers to Proof their design before submitting for print. If you have further questions about the cancellation or refund, please contact us. How do I check the status of my order?
After you have submitted your order, you should receive an email confirmation from NameCardOnline. You may login, and click on Order History, to check the status of your order(s). You will have access to the records of all your previous transactions with NameCardOnline at your Order History.
How do I re-order my previous design?
You have to login to My SavedList, check the box for the name card design that you wish to re-order, and click on Add to Basket. You should proceed to Check Out to complete your order.
If you have overwritten or deleted your old name card design, you can retrieve your previous design from your Order History. Please note that this is only available to name card designs that you have previously submitted for printing.
What are the available payment options?
NameCardOnline accepts VISA Credit Card and MasterCard Credit Card
What security features do you have in place for my credit card?
NameCardOnline provides you with a secure ordering process using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. With the SSL technology, you are assured that doing business online with us is very safe. Every transaction conducted is encrypted to protect your privacy. It is also important to note that major credit card companies and issuing banks are very supportive of business on the Internet. If you would like to know more about online transaction using your credit card, please contact your credit card issuer.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the name cards?
NameCardOnline is confident that you will be satisfied with our service especially the printing quality of our name cards. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with our service, please contact your nearest NameCardOnline representative, and we will try our best to resolve any of your issues. Can I submit an order using my current name card in hard/soft copy instead of using the e-design feature?
NameCardOnline offers the most convenient way to design your name cards using our in-house "e-design" software. You will be surprised by the ease of designing your name cards using our software. If you would still like to submit your hard/soft copy, we will try our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that additional charges may apply. What paper quality do you use for printing of the name cards?
NameCardOnline uses 250 gsm Ivory Board paper, which is the most popular paper type for name cards. However, if you wish to submit a special order for a specific paper-type name card, please contact your nearest NameCardOnline representative regarding the special order. Pricing and Shipping
Where can I find the pricing information?
From NameCardOnline's website, click on Pricing located on the horizontal short cut bar at the top of our web page. The price of your orders will be based on the country/region that your name cards will be delivered and NOT based on the location you are ordering from.
Are there any hidden fees?
NameCardOnline's pricing information is clear and simple without any hidden fees. Your orders will be charged according to the order quantity and the chosen color (black and white or full color). In addition, you will have to pay for the shipping and handling. Please note that additional government/service tax may be required for certain countries. If you have any query regarding our pricing information, please contact your nearest NameCardOnline representative.
What shipping options do you offer?
NameCardOnline delivers the product(s) via courier service to our customers. Please note that different shipping options may apply for different countries/regions. You will be able get more information on the shipping fees by clicking on Pricing.
What is the cut-off time for submitting my orders?
The daily cut-of time for regular orders is 12 noon.

How do I set up an account?
If you are not currently a member, Click on My Account, followed by Sign Up for a FREE Account Now!
You can also start e-designing your name card right away, without setting up an account. When you have completed your design, clicking on Save or Add to Basket will automatically prompt you to sign up for an account.
Must I purchase anything to set up an account? Or do you charge any maintenance fee?
Setting up an account with NameCardOnline is completely FREE! We do not charge you any fees for opening and maintaining your account with us. You only have to pay for the orders you made.
Can I make changes to my personal particulars after setting up the account?
To set up an account with NameCardOnline, we only require you to submit your member name/user name, email address, country/region, and your password. You may change any of the information except your member name. You would need to login, click on My Account, followed by clicking Modify button. To change your password, click on Change Password.
How do I save, modify or delete name card designs in My SavedList?
To save you design, simply click on Save button after you have completed your e-design. Please note that you can modify your saved design anytime by going into My SavedList, and click on Touch Up for your selected design. To remove the design from My SavedList, you would need to check the box next to the item description, followed by clicking on Remove button at the bottom of the page. You will be prompted to confirm your decision, click Yes to delete your design from My SavedList.

E-design Tips
How do I add a tab?
You may align your texts quickly by using the tab function \t. For example, by typing "tel:\t1234567", the design template should show "tel: 1234567", with a tab-space between tel: and the number. In addition, to change the width of the tab, you may click on Advance, and insert the required tab width in mm.
How do I make multi-selection?
You may select more than one texts/images/lines by clicking on the selected items, whilst holding on to Shift on your keyboard. This is most useful when you wish to change the format or alignment of a group of items together.
How do I re-align the texts and images?
You may simply click and hold on the selected texts or images, and drag the texts or images to your required position. This is a convenient drag-and-drop feature using our e-design software. Alternatively, you can enter the X and Y coordinates manually. From Layout, when multiple texts are selected, you will be given the options to align the selected texts appropriately including left, right, top, bottom and center align by clicking on the appropriate buttons.
How do I ensure that my texts are spaced evenly?
From Layout, you should multiple-click on the texts that you wish to space evenly. When you click on Space Evenly: Across or Down, the texts will be spaced evenly between the top most and the bottom most texts or the extreme left and the extreme right texts. You may also assign the distance between the texts by entering the distance required between the texts in the box next to the Space Evenly option.
How can I quickly change the format of my texts similar to that of another "text" in the card design? E.g. same font, font size, spacing etc.
You may click the texts that you wish to change to the same style, ensuring the "anchor" text is clicked last. "Anchor" text is the text with the format that you want the rest of the texts to follow. From Layout, you should then click on Same Style, to change all the selected texts to the anchor text.
How do I upload my own images?
From the Card Editor, click on Add Logo. Click on Upload Image, and you will be directed to enter the filename, or click on Browse to search for your image in your hard disk or your own network.
What graphic formats are accepted for the images?
NameCardOnline supports JPEG, PNG, TIFF, BMP and EPS graphic formats.
How do I change the spacing between the alphabets within a word? E.g BOY vs. B O Y?
You should first select the text that you wish to change the spacing of the alphabets. From Advance, choose your desired Extra Space, to change the spacing of the alphabets.
How do I change the "ruler" default from metric units (e.g. cm and mm) into imperial units (e.g. inches)?
You could change the default measurement units into imperial units by clicking on the cm symbol next to the X and Y coordinates. Similarly, you can switch back to the metric units by clicking on the inch symbol next to the X and Y coordinates if you have changed it earlier.
How do I use fonts not offered on your website?
NameCardOnline aims to provide its customers with the widest range of fonts. We currently offer over 350 different fonts, which should be sufficient for most customers. However, if the font you require is not available, you may save your required text, with your chosen font as an image. You may then upload the text as an image. Please contact your nearest NameCardOnline representative if you require further assistance. Please refer to Contact Us page for further information.
How do I insert foreign language fonts such as Chinese, Japanese and Korean fonts?
In order to insert foreign language fonts, your computer must first be set to support the language in context. You may need to install other software, which enable you to type in foreign language.
How do I remove texts or images?
Click on the selected text or image you wish to delete, and click on Delete.
Must I use the templates provided?
NameCardOnline offers templates as a convenient starting point to create your name cards. We have also provided blank name card "templates" for your convenience if none of the pre-designed templates fit your requirements.
How do I print black and white name cards?
You can design your name cards in a black and white format. However, if you have e-designed your name cards with color, you can convert the name cards to black and white cards (grayscale) by ticking the b&w mode check box on the Card Editor screen.
What will the quality of the black and white name cards be?
NameCardOnline offers grayscale printing instead of pure black and white printing. There should be different tones of grey if you convert your color name cards into black and white name cards.
How do I change the background color of my design?
If you would like to have a full color background, you can add "color" to your cards by Adding a Line. You can increase the thickness of your line, until it fits the area that you wish to have colored. If you would like to color the entire card, you may need to use more than one line to do so. You may also add a full color image as a background for your name card design.
How do I know how my final design will be printed?
NameCardOnline "e-design" software allows you to see your exact design as you customize it at the Card Editor page. Thus, you can submit your design to print with confidence, that your actual print is the same as what you have seen on screen. However, NameCardOnline recommends that you Proof your design before submitting it for print.
Can I print in full color?
Yes!!! We provide full color printing. Please make sure that you do not choose the black and white option when checking out.
Will the gridlines be printed?
No. The gridlines will not be printed. They are offered for your convenience, to aid you in "e-designing" your name card.
Can I use an uploaded image for the background of my design?
Yes. You may use any image as the background for your design.
How can I create multiple name cards with similar design but with different contact details quickly? E.g. corporate business cards for a company.
NameCardOnline offers the Create Multiple Cards option. From My SavedList, click on Create Multiple Cards, and you will be prompted to select the card design as your base card. You will have the option to set the labels such as Name, Designation, Address, Telephone Number, Email, or any other Texts in your card to be Fixed or Variable. Fixed labels would subsequently be part of the template, whilst you can change the Variable labels appropriately to create additional name cards with different contact details.
